M.A. Literary and Linguistic Studies
The Master's programme in Literature and Linguistics continues the philological-interdisciplinary approach of the Bachelor's programme of the same name.

Students study according to the latest subject-specific examination regulation M.A. Literary and Linguistic Studies (10/2015).
The M.A. in Literature and Linguistics, which comprises German and English Studies as well as interdisciplinary fields, is NC-free. For German Studies and General Literature Studies, 60 Credit Points in German Studies and General Literature Studies or a study programme comparable to the study programme Literature and Linguistics must be presented in accordance with the Amendment Ordinance for the Master's Programme in Literature and Linguistics of November 6, 2017, of which at least 15 Credit Points each in the subject areas Modern German Literature and Older German Literature. Please consult the examination regulations for admission requirements in English Studies. In order to change from another course of study or from another university to M.A. Literature and Linguistics, an application is required.
