Migrations of Language: Workshop with Yoko Tawada
Not only people migrate, but also words, images, texts, forms, things, cultures of all kinds: from language to tea to yogurt culture. In this workshop with one of today's most internationally renowned German-language authors, the phenomenon of migration will be put up for disposition in new and productive ways. The focus will be on Yoko Tawada's recent publications "akzentfrei" and "Paul Celan und der chinesische Engel".
